MotorVation 23 – Perth MotorPlex - Kwinana Beach – 17 & 18 January 2009

The WheelBarrow powered all of the subwoofers on the Sounds Xplosive Stage, featuring Perth’s Premier Rock Band – DETHLAHEM, the whole weekend.
The Soundstream amps ran 10x 12” subs + 6x 15” subs at a parallel configured impedance of 0.375 Ohms per XXX-6500 amplifier !

This ran all Saturday day & night, and Sunday morning, then we disconnected it, ran the ‘Barrow in the dB Drag lanes, set our new Monster Class & outright Australian SPL record at 172.9dB, to then return the beast to power the stage for the afternoon gig !!
All without any issues, Now That’s Reliability !

As you can see, our battery power supply is insufficient right now.
166.2dB is not bad for half amplifier output power but !!
We can now reinforce the locking system on the cockpit,
it was flexing over 3mm !!
